I find that reis Information Systems is very flexible. They will manage projects from beginning to end, including training my team to assume day to day maintenance of the equipment upon the successful completion of a project. In other cases, they continually monitor some of our key internetworking systems. I also appreciate the fact that they are just a phone call or e-mail away when I need an expert to troubleshoot an issue.
At the end of last year, reis Information Systems replaced two of our most critical network internetworking components. The projects were implemented quickly, with very minimal user downtime and no post implementation issues! It couldn’t have gone better.
Without a partner like reis Information Systems, our company would not be able to provide the necessary services to keep our infrastructure available for our internal business processes.
